I have always had a passion for food and cooking. From cooking for friends and family, sweating in my own restaurant, to feeding the corporate Westminster crowd, rock stars and royalty in London, I love the challenge of food and what makes it more than just ingredients on a plate.
I have recently rediscovered my foodie life through planting, growing and working with quality raw ingredients to develop new ideas, rework old ones and build fantastic Frankenstein foodie creations. I have the more wisdom and patience these days giving me greater insight into how things grow and develop their own flavour and essence over time.
Foodlife is a culmination of recipes and ideas from longs days in commercial kitchens, food photography projects and translations from my trusty cooking notebook that has followed me across the globe.
