INGREDIENTS

  • 120gr self raising flour
  • 60gr butter
  • 1 egg
  • 60gr white sugar
  • 60gr chopped almonds

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream butter & sugar
Add egg & flour
Spoon onto tray
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 mins till starting to brown
Allow to cool & eat

NOTES
