Ingredients
- 4 Pork Lion Chop
- 25 gr Roast Onion Porcini Salt Rub
- 50 gr Salted Butter
- 4 sprig Fresh Thyme
Instructions
- Season your pork chops with Roast Onion Porcini Salt Rub , use the salt same a you would normal salt to season meat.
- Use any of the Harvey’s Kitchen Salt Rubs to taste.
- Heat a fry pan to medium hot and add a dash of olive oil.
- Fry the Pork chops on one side for 4 minutes until golden and then turn over.
- Add butter & thyme into the pan around the edges of the pan.Fry the pork chops for a further 2 minutes spooning butter over the chops as they cook.
- Remove from pan and allow to sit for 2 minutes.
Notes
Spoon butter from pan over pork chops before serving for an extra rich finish.
Serve with roast potatoes, sweet potato chips, apple slaw or a fresh garden salad.
